Portable Storage Containers means a portable weather resistant receptacle designed and used for the storage or shipment of household goods, wares, building material or merchandise.Portable Storage Containers are typically rented for household moving or temporary storage at a central, secure location. All Portable Storage Containers (Containers) shall meet setback requirements. Contractor Use • Contractors may use Portable Storage Containers for the storage of construction materials and equipment at a site with a valid Building Permit. Retaining walls, steps, ramps and other associated elements associated with site grading are exempt from setback standards but must observe all other applicable permitting requirements.3.09.10 Portable Storage Containers (PSC). For Portable Storage Containers used in conjunction with active construction, the fee is $25 for the 6-month term, with an additional $25 paid for a one-month extension. Household or Personal Use• Portable Storage Containers for Household or Personal use shall be for household moving or storage of personal property at a separate location.
