1. General Type: Factory-molded, monolithic fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pool. Application: Residential, Farmhouse, Hotels, Resorts. Design Life: 15–20 years (with proper maintenance). Standards: ISO 9001 certified manufacturers; ASTM D790/D638 for FRP strength. 2. Material Specifications Shell Construction: Multi-layer FRP composite (5–7 layers). Gel coat inner finish (UV resistant, glossy, non-porous, anti-fungal). Core reinforced with woven fiberglass mat + resin. Thickness: 6–12 mm depending on pool size. Strength: Flexural strength 180–200 MPa, tensile strength 100–120 MPa. Finish: Smooth, joint-free, leak-proof interior. 3. Sizes & Shapes Standard Lengths: 10 ft to 60 ft. Depths: 3 ft (kids pool) to 6 ft (residential). Shapes: Rectangular, Oval, Round, Kidney, Freeform. Custom Sizes: Available as per mold designs. 4. Installation Foundation Base: PCC (M10) 75–100 mm OR compacted sand bed. Support: RCC retaining wall around perimeter (if in-ground). Anchoring: Pool shell placed in excavation pit & backfilled with sand/cement mix. Above-Ground Option: Supported by steel/FRP frames. 5. Waterproofing & Finish Waterproofing: Inherent in FRP (non-porous shell, no seepage). Surface Finish: Glossy, smooth, anti-algae coating, easy to clean. Color Options: Blue, light blue, turquoise, white, customized shades. 6. Plumbing & Filtration Inlets & Outlets: Pre-molded in FRP shell. Skimmers & Drains: Integrated as per design. Piping: UPVC/CPVC connections. Filtration Plant: Sand filter with pump (residential) or cartridge filter (smaller pools). Turnover period: 4–6 hours.
