Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives.Pineapple Juice Concentrate is a golden brown liquid concentrate obtained from the juice extracted from pineapples. A particular proportion of water is removed from pineapple juice. The fruit essence is retained and returned to the concentrate from the water vapor, preserving its flavor and aroma.Fruit juice from concentrate is made from mostly fresh fruit. Fruit concentrate is produced from filtering the water out of fruit pulp. The concentrate product is stored under aseptic, non-aseptic and frozen conditions.
