LABORATORY PULPING UNIT (GLYCOL OIL BATH) Pulping unit is used for laboratory production of chemical pulp. It is provided with pressure tested six autoclaves, of capacity 2.5 liters each suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry samples, rotate in hot poly glycol bath. Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with facility of more detailed pre-programming to control the boiling sequence.Two Heating elements of capacity 7.5 KW each. Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range 50o-250oC. Maximum Working pressure 15 Kg./cm2.
