Circular Fryer is product in the intermediate range between the Batch Type & Continuous Fryers. The unique feature of this fryer is its tilting system that enables unloading of products in a single stroke after frying for uniform & consistent product quality. Fryer is also accompanied with Ecoflam Burner for Product. Frying which is connected with Digital Temperature Controller & Panel. Fryer includes other components such as Bearings, counter weight etc. The Fryer will be supplied with chimney for flue gas exhaust about 6’ from ground.
