Die Jet Cooling Pipes (also known as Jet Coolers or Spot Coolers) are precision-engineered components used in the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) process. They are specifically designed to manage "hot spots" within the die, where standard cooling channels cannot reach. By circulating water or coolant at high velocities through small-diameter tubes, these pipes dissipate heat from critical areas like core pins and thick wall sections, preventing soldering and shrinkage porosity.
