Conical Tensile Structure is a modern roofing product shaped like a cone. The frame is steel and the cover is a high grade tensile fabric that blocks ultraviolet light and will not rust. The fabric withstands outdoor weather, weighs little - yet spans wide areas without internal supports. Workers assemble the parts with nuts plus bolts - no welding is required on site. When the membrane becomes dirty, a wash with water removes the grime. After its service life ends, the fabric is recyclable. Because of those attributes the structure works as an events stage roof, a car shelter or a large walkway canopy. Each unit is factory built to current standards and arrives ready for bolting together on location. Its smooth surface but also taut cone shape give a neat, architectural look to parks, sports grounds shopping malls, resorts and public squares.
