Ghee Boiler. At an industrial scale of manufacturing Ghee, Kettle. It is a double walled, hemi-spherical or cylindrical shape jacketed vessel. It has provision for steam heating at a steam pressure of 3.5 kg/cm 2 and condensate outlet, safety valve pressure gauge, agitator cum scraper etc.These are steam heated boilers which are used to extract ghee from raw cream and butter. With large capacity, these boilers are designed in controlled hygienic condition so that the food materials never get contaminated.Ghee is a type of clarified butter made by simmering butter until the milk solids separate from the fats and caramelize, infusing a nutty aroma. It is then strained off to remove all caramelized milk solids. The filtered clear pure fat is known as ghee.
