Stainless Steel Sheet

Stainless steel is the generic term used to represent the family of corrosion resistance alloys. This metal derives its name because it does not stain, rust or corrode, hence, called STAINLESS STEE. Its properties are more enhanced with other elements such as Molybdenum, Nickel and nitrogen.Stainless steel is an alloy of iron that is resistant to rusting and corrosion. It contains at least 11% chromium and may contain elements such as carbon, other nonmetals and metals to obtain other desired properties.Utensils such as knives are made using less ductile grades of stainless steel. The more ductile grades are used to make grills, cookers, saucepans, and sinks. Stainless steel can also be used to finish freezers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and countertops.
