Two channel Goods Lift

A Two Channel Goods Lift is a recently produced, heavy duty vertical conveyor that moves pallets, crates or boxes between floor levels in warehouses, factories and multi storey stores. The frame contains two parallel steel channels - the carriage runs inside those guides - the load stays level during travel. Indian engineers build each unit from rolled steel sections plus fit it with an overload sensor, a red mushroom head emergency-stop button, magnetic limit switches that cut power at the top and bottom landings but also a hinged mesh gate that locks while the platform moves. The drive uses an electric motor and a worm gearbox coupled to a maintenance free chain hoist - the control panel offers momentary push buttons for up, down as well as reset.
