Description

The ANELLO Maritime INS is a next-generation Inertial Navigation System (INS) designed specifically for autonomous maritime operations in GPS-challenged or GPS-denied environments. Powered by ANELLO's proprietary Silicon Photonics Optical Gyroscope (SiPhOG™) technology, this system delivers unmatched precision, reliability, and resilience for both Autonomous Surface Vessels (ASVs) and Autonomous Underwater Vessels (AUVs). At its core, the ANELLO Maritime INS integrates three SiPhOG™ optical gyroscopes, a triple-redundant 6-axis MEMS IMU, and a 3-axis magnetometer, combined with dual triple-frequency GNSS receivers. This advanced sensor fusion engine ensures centimeter-level accuracy, faster convergence times, and robust resistance to GNSS interference or spoofing. Even in complete GNSS outages, the system provides highly accurate dead reckoning navigation with <0.5°/hr unaided heading drift.
