Classifier Grain Separator

The Grain Separator Classifier is used for high capacity cleaning operations via efficient separation of impurities and foreign materials, as it is also used for size grading purposes of grains.It removes coarse, fine, and light impurities. Its stroke and angle of throw can be adjusted to classify many different grains, seeds, and pulses.The Grain Seperator (HSTCSI) is a multipurpose cleaning machine, designed for the efficient separation of impurities in any kind of grain and cereal cleaning process. The equipment has two decks of adjustable sieves and ensures effective cleaning with vibration and an external aspiration.Separators work on the principle that the three components have different densities, which allows them to stratify when moving slowly with gas on top, water on the bottom and oil in the middle.
