The grain classifier utilizes vibratory motors to classify the grains based on their sizes. The vibratory motors generate controlled vibrations that facilitate the movement of grains across the sieves, allowing for efficient classification. The Grain classifier can be used for many different grains by adjusting its stroke, angle of throw, and screen inclination. Depending on the number of grain sizes to be classified, we can provide two, three or four sieve grains classifier.The main application areas of the grain classifier are the processing wheat, rice, corn (maize), black pepper, soybeans, cardamom, millet etc.The Grain classifier can also be used for cleaning grains. Excellent separation effect for efficient grain cleaning with its deck which removes coarse impurities like large grain, string, straw, grain stem, stones or lumps of soil, as well as fine impurities such as sand and breakage from the grains.
