Vertical Granule Mixer Drier Machine, Automatic

The working principle of vertical mixing machine is inside the mixer drum screw is surrounded by the barrel. Screw shaft is connected with the motor on top and fixed in bearing at the bottom for smooth rotation. The Screw rotates and lifts the material and drop it from the top. Heater Chamber is provided inside the drum which is connected to the Heater and Blower to remove the moisture from the material. Cycle time depends upon the amount of moisture inside the material. The material lifts from the tray and also lifts from the inside barrel as well makes it more efficient mixing. The material will also be passed from the shutter above the tray which is then again lifted by the screw. Shutter with a hinge provided at bottom of the screw to clean the material easily with air. Tray height is very convenient to load the material. The mixer has outlet shutter from where one can easily fill the drum.
