Gravity Roller Conveyor

A gravity conveyor roller is an unpowered roller that transports your products by using the momentum of gravity, the rollers do not need any power to move your materials. The gravity rollers are fitted into a frame, which is inclined slightly.Powered roller conveyors take less effort to move loads than unpowered (gravity-flow) roller conveyors. They convey items at a controlled speed with even spacing and are typically used in warehousing, manufacturing, package handling, and distribution applications.Powered conveyors use a motor to move loads, possibly by driving a belt, pulling a chain, or vibrating a bed. Unpowered conveyors often rely on gravity to move their loads – the rate of flow can be adjusted in the design process by increasing or decreasing the declination of the conveyor.Power conveyor systems use motorized power to automate the transportation of goods. Power conveyor includes belt conveyor (belt over roller and slider bed belt conveyor), live roller conveyor and chain conveyor.Power roller conveyors are highly similar to gravity roller conveyors. The primary difference is that power roller conveyors use an external powered mechanism to cause the rollers to rotate and move items along the line.
