Malan Specific Gravity Separator Model GVT5F Designed for separating shriveled light seed, cut seed, insect damaged seed, seed size mud clods and other contaminant from the seed lot to get good seed of high quality, purity and germination levels. The seed mixture is fed onto an oscillating deck with a carefully controlled air movement to fluidize the material. The mixture is stratified lighter up and heavier down; the seed layers along the deck in different directions toward discharge ends.
