Castor Seed Decorticator Machine

Castorseed Decorticator shells the Castorseed into husks and kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and castorseeds are screened to separate whole kernels. The decorticator machine works by feeding the stalks into feeding mouth, then the stalks will be sent to the beaters to be crushed. The crushed stalk that contain both bast fiber and core fiber will be pushed into the delivery plate. Finally, the bast fiber will be separated from the crushed core fiber manually.
