Groundnut Decorticator Machine

Decorticators are also known as shell removers or skin separators. Groundnut Decorticators are an integral part of the oil mill plant and they are specially made to crack the outer shell of the groundnuts (peanuts). Manually shelling a large number of these nuts is a laborious task and consumes a lot of time. A decorticator (from Latin: cortex, bark) is a machine for stripping the skin, bark, or rind off nuts, wood, plant stalks, grain, etc., in preparation for further processing.
