Guardrail Roll Forming Machine

The Guardrail Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic industrial system engineered for the production of highway guardrails and crash barriers from hot rolled steel, galvanized steel, or mild steel. It features a modular production line that includes a decoiler, leveling, servo feeding, punching, roll forming, hydraulic cutting, and output table, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow. The machine operates with dual 18.5 KW motors and supports voltages from 220V to 440V, customizable to specific requirements. It accommodates material thicknesses from 1.5 to 3.2 mm and offers a variable forming speed of 3 to 25 meters per minute, depending on the model. With 16 to 22 forming stations and rollers made from hardened GCr15 steel, it delivers precise, high-quality guardrail profiles suitable for demanding infrastructure projects. Advanced PLC control ensures accurate automation and easy operation, while the hydraulic cutting system provides clean, consistent cuts for every section.
