Hindustan Heatless Type Air Dryer

We are manufacturing and supplying a series of Heatless Type Air Dryer / Desiccant Dryers.Brief Description of Working:It is the simplest form of desiccant type of air dryer for achieving a dew point of -40°C for compressed air applications. Process: The wet incoming compressed air after going through pre filter and passing through 3 way valve and is directed towards Absorber Tower 1 where compressed air passes upward through Desiccant (Molecular Sieves or Activated Alumina). Compressed Air drying takes place by adsorption. Dry Compressed air from Tower 1 then passes through the NRV & then through the after-filter to the process/plant. Tower 2 is depressurized to atmospheric pressure. When regeneration is complete, purge valve is closed & tower is slowly re-pressurized to line pressure for a smooth changeover.
