Keeping the diverse requirements of customers in mind, we are instrumental in providing Mini Air Drier.Description:Mini Air Drier removes dust, moisture, oil particle and other impurities from compressed air. Emmaar Mini air Drier has a four stage filtration process consisting of one No. each of Pre-filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Activated Alumina adsorber and After-Filter which are connected in series and supplied as a single system. Pre- Filter-The compressed air entering the Pre-filter contains dust, moisture, oil droplets and other impurities. The Pre-Filter has ceramic filter elements of 5 micron rating (1 micron also available at extra cost) which remove dust, moisture, oil droplets alongwith other impurities.Activated Carbon Filter-The air from Pre-filter will still have oil vapour, and water vapour present in it. To adsorb oil vapour, Activated Carbon Filter is used. It contains activated carbon granules capable of adsorbing oil vapour particles to less than 5 ppm. The efficiency of the Carbon Filter is dependent on the temperature of the inlet air. Activated carbon should be replaced every 5,000 hours.Activated Alumina Adsorber-To adsorb the water vapour in the air from Activated Carbon Filter, Activated Alumina Adsorber is used. Water vapour removed by chemical adsorption by AD 101 grade activated alumina and the air is completely free of water and oil vapour at the outlet of alumina adsorber. After Filter-After Filter with 5 micron rated ceramic media normally acts as a dust filter to prevent the alumina dust being carried away in the air line due to air pressure.
