Powermaxx PTFE BOOM GREASE

DESCRIPTION: PTFE BOOM greases is semi-synthetic multi-purpose lithium complex soap grease with combination of synthetic base oil charged with PTFE. It also contains 5% special white solid lubricants a German technology improvement additive which provide optimum extreme-pressure properties. It contains high dosage of synthetic ester (PAO) additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. Excellent resistance to water washout, rust and corrosion protection. PTFE Boom grease has unique combination of properties: weather able, high temperature resistance, a low coefficient of friction and non-adhesive, hence very effective against back gliding. Free of heavy metals, in compliance with reach regulation. APPLICATIONS:  Boom grease is recommended for use on telescopic and sliding boom of mobile cranes and external protection of wire ropes apparatus, found on telehandlers / teleporters, portable cranes, and other materials handling equipment. Gives excellent protection for wear pads.  Boom grease can be applied by hand, or by using a standard grease gun.  Forklift, Cranes, Access Equipment, Retractable Tarps & Bearings.
