Keep the water inlet valve closed and all other open to avoid air blocks. 2. Fill water through the funnel till the red line mark on gauze glass tube. 3. Close all the valves and put the switch ON. 4. Wait till the pressure gauge (Steam Generator) builds the pressure of 22 lbs. That is 10 Kgs. 5. Load the chamber with your packs or bins. 6. Tighten the lid by slit spanner evenly. 7. Open the eject valve and allow the steam to play in the chamber. 8. Allow the chamber to build up a pressure of 17 lbs & Temp. at 121 deg C. Then close eject valve open the steam outlet valve till the pressure gauge shows 0 lb. Repeat this for two more times. Totally thrice (to pulverize the air). 9. Adjust the canty lever to your required pressure. 10. Allow the steam to build up to your required pressure. 11. Maintain the pressure for 30 minutes at the set pressure. 12. Close the eject valve. 13. Open the steam outlet valve till the pressure gauge shows 0 lb in the chamber. 14. After showing 0 lb close the steam outlet valve. 15. Wait 10 minutes for the vacuum to build and put the current OFF. 16. Open the steam outlet valve and inlet valve to break the vacuum. 17. Open the lid with slit spanner and place the spanner crosswise between the lid and chamber for 5 to 10 minutes. 18. Open the lid and now the packs are ready for USE.
