Horizontal Injection Moulding Machine

Injection moulding is a manufacturing process that allows for parts to be produced in large volumes. It works by injecting molten materials into a mould (or 'mold' in the United States). It is typically used as a mass production process to manufacture thousands of identical items.These types of machines employ hydraulic cylinders to clamp together two halves of a mold at high pressure. Plastic substrate pellets are then melted, and the liquid is injected into the mold cavity.Unlike hydraulic machines which rely on hoses, valves and pumps, all electric machines are equipped with digitally-controlled servomotors that precisely control every process from injecting, extruding, clamping and ejecting to an extremely high degree of accuracy.
