Electric Semi Fowler Beds

Semi fowler bed is a common bed in hospitals. The Semi-Fowler's position is a position in which a patient, typically in a hospital or nursing home in positioned on their back with the head and trunk raised to between 15 and 45 degrees, although 30 degrees is the most frequently used bed angle.Beds with semi-electric motors use them for head and foot adjustments, but not for height adjustment. Using the electric controls, the user can adjust the head and foot of the bed, but the height of the bed must be adjusted manually as it would be with a manual bed.
