The Hot Air Dryer, Automation Grade: Semi-Automatic is designed for industrial drying of food products, grains, herbs, and various agro materials. A closed loop hot-air circuit moves heated air through the load so that each part loses water at the same rate. One high speed blower pushes the air plus the uniform stream shortens drying time. A three phase electric supply feeds the blower and heaters - the supply keeps the power steady but also the run reliable. An operator sets temperature and time on a panel then the machine carries out the cycle without further input - this semi automatic mode balances control as well as output. The unit is built in India and fits large factories that handle bulk material. Water leaves the product but colour, aroma or structure stay intact.
