Generally, a brick making machine is a machine that produces bricks using electrical vibration and hydraulic pressure. These machines are produced in different types with different automation levels and capacities.With the rotating of distributor's teeth, the materials are fed into the mold compulsorily. Then the upper mold goes down, and the mold vibrates at the same time. Generally speaking, the bricks will be finished in 15–40 seconds. And the molding cycle is decided by the models of the block machine.The device has been designed in such a way that apart from reducing the drudgery, it can also increase the productivity to almost three times the conventional method. It can make fifty bricks at a time as compared to other brick making machines, which make 10-15 bricks at a time.The soil is excavated in steps and then laid on levelled ground. 2) Moulding of bricks :- Bricks are moulded depending on the quality of bricks to be made. 3) Drying of bricks :- It is done by placing the bricks in sheds with open sides so as to ensure free circulation of air and protection from bad weather and rains.
