Directional control valves allow fluids or gases to flow into different paths from valve ports, which provide a passageway for flow to or from other components/sources. They are one of the most important parts of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Directional control valves are one of the most fundamental parts of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. DCVs allow fluid flow into different paths from one or more sources. DCVs will usually consist of a spool inside a valve body which is usually mechanically or electrically actuated.
