Hydraulic Excavator

In addition to digging, excavators are commonly used for projects such as demolition, dredging rivers, material handling, or just simply heavy lifting of objects.A hydraulic excavator consists of an upper carriage with hydraulically rotating upper deck (revolving 360º) and attachment, directly mounted to either a wheeled or crawler undercarriage. The front end of the excavator attachment consists either of a bucket, grapple, scrap shear, or another implement.Through the use of multiple actuators, extremely complex motions are made possible. And with hydraulics providing the power behind these motions, machines like excavators can dig deeply into the earth or front loaders can scoop, lift up, and deposit heavy loads of soil or rock.
