Floor Mounted Hydraulic Jib Crane

A hydraulic jib crane is another version of a portable jib crane with the added feature of a hydraulic cylinder to raise and lower the arm of the crane. The lifting system of a hydraulic jib crane uses a hydraulic cylinder that is attached to the boom of the crane to lift and lower loads.A wall-mounted cantilever jib crane consists of a horizontal boom attached to a vertical mast, which is mounted with brackets. Because the cantilever design utilizes a partial mast and full boom, these systems provide maximum clearance in factories with multiple overhead obstructions.Jib cranes often have a hand-powered rotation and traverse motion, while it is common to see either electric-powered or hand-powered lift motion. The hand-powered rotation and traverse motion are accomplished by push/pull, while the hand-powered lifting is accomplished by a chain similar to a non-powered garage door.
