Complex Manifold System

Mastip Complex Manifold System are designed to ensure natural balancing of flow channels which provides a uniform melt delivery to the nozzles. All Mastip manifolds utilize polished melt channels to eliminate entrapment's in the material flow path which ensures a rapid and effective color change. Heater profile and thermocouple positions are individually calculated for each system to ensure constant temperature profiles are maintained across the manifold block.
