Air Blast Oil Cooler

An air blast cooler uses ambient air to cool process fluids (e.g.: lubricants). It is an extended surface heat exchanger and is sometimes known as a fin fan cooler. Our air blast coolers are part of our range of coolers for industrial use.For example, an air cooled oil cooler often looks like a small car radiator and achieves its purpose by running the oil through finned tubes. The incoming air passes over and around the tubes, removing heat as it passes through.An aircraft oil cooler helps keep the aircraft oil temperature from spiking while the engine runs. If the temperature begins to rise, the oil will be channeled through a heat exchanger which uses either air or fuel to lower the oil temperature.
