Industrial Hydraulic Power Pack

A hydraulic power pack is a stand-alone assembly consisting of a drive motor, hydraulic pump and hydraulic fluid tank. The drive motor is connected to the hydraulic pump via a shaft and drives this. The motor and pump can be installed on the tank, as well as inside the tank in oil.A power pack is a compact self-contained unit with a control system that is used in the oil and gas industry to provide hydraulic power supply for offshore applications. The power pack is powered by a diesel engine that provides an independent power supply for the hydraulic pump and control systems.The Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) provides pressurised oil to the hydraulic actuation system. A redundant pump system charges the bladder accumulator(s) automatically at a high pressure to utilize the ability of the actuators to store energy.
