Candy Plant

The Candy Plant is a heavy duty soft-serve machine built for shops that sell a lot of ice cream. The body uses food grade 304 stainless steel - it resists rust and cleans fast. Four fixed moulds sit in the tray - you fill all four at once plus turn out multiple portions in one move. The pump pushes forty litres of mix every hour, hour after hour, without change in texture. Restaurants and caterers that need steady output can leave the unit on all day. A single switch starts the cycle - the rest of the process runs by itself but also gives the same smooth ice cream each time.
