Ice Candy Making Machine

Tempering machines (candy equipment) may be batch or continuous. Batch machines produce a single, discrete, large or small batch of chocolate. Continuous tempering machines are more complex but temper chocolate continuously. This makes them more suitable for high volume production.Take bananas, yogurt, orange juice concentrate and lime juice in a blender and make a pure out of it. Pour them into the mould for Ice-Candies and freeze them until they are solid. If you are using paper cups, you would just need to tear the paper covering before having the Ice-Candies.
