Hand Sealer machine is our prime model within series of manually operated sealers and it is specially used to seal the openings of ready-made bags. There is impulse sealing element which get heated during sealing process only. the sealingtime is adjustable with a timer.An impulse sealer is a powered device that seals various types of plastic packaging, primarily flexible packaging like poly bags and stand up pouches. It utilizes an electrical impulse to heat a metal wire, melting a layer of plastic into another. The resulting permanent seal only breaks by cutting it open.Hand sealers have a resistance wire or sealing bars which are heated up. You place the packaging inside the machine, with the resistance wire or sealing bars at the point where the packaging is to be sealed. You then close the device, causing heat and pressure to be applied to the packaging, which fuses together.
