Dhoopstick Heat Dryer

The Dhoopstick Heat Dryer removes water from incense sticks, dhoop sticks, bamboo free sticks and mosquito coils during commercial manufacture. Each batch holds 125 kg plus completes in three to four hours - large volumes dry rapidly. The unit runs on a three phase supply at 415 V and draws 315 kW, giving steady but also dependable output. Mild steel forms the frame - the structure withstands long industrial service. Air flows inside the chamber dry every stick evenly and the aroma, surface feel as well as grade remain intact. Plants that produce incense on a large scale gain faster throughput. The machine delivers high output, repeatable results and needs little upkeep.
