Incline Conveyor

Incline conveyor is designed for elevation and transfer of cartons, grains, food products, components, and bags between different line heights. In its design the machine maintains a constant 25-degree angle of incline across a distance of 3 m. To move items upward, the system uses a belt made of polyvinyl chloride with raised ridges that prevent slipping. As the support structure is versatile, it works with belts made of polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyester or neoprene. Those material options are available so that the machine meets specific needs for different tasks and levels of cleanliness. By using a frame made of strong mild steel, the unit can support a weight of 50 kg for every meter. Because of this construction, the machine functions without shaking when it is part of a system where people and machines work together.
