Submersible Rotor Brazing Machine

The Radyne Rotor Brazing System was Originally designed for brazing copper ring end caps to large (6 ton) rotor assemblies for stepper motors, this system can be configured to braze a multitude of parts concentric to one another. Automatic brazing machines use filler metals in solid form, like rings and wire, slugs, washers, powder, and paste. Brazing machines automate metal applications, yielding reduced labor costs, lower reject rates, improved product quality, without “human error”.
