Induction Melting Furnace

This melting and holding furnace is designed for continuous operation and is suitable for aluminum die casting aluminum casting industries. Equipped with” Therm Process's Super Low Speed Luminous Flame Burners” in the melting furnace.It is suitable for transport between molten aluminum to the workstation. This type of furnace is used in pressure die and gravity die casting foundry. These furnaces are used to hold and maintain the molten metal at specific temperature inside the crucible.It is a furnace with the shape of crucible that fuses(with high temperature) solid metal such as aluminum, lead etc…). The furnace is constantly heated as the solid metals are put into the crucible and lower the temperature.
