Automatic Induction Sealer Machine

The induction sealer machines are non-contact devices used to seal the tops aluminum foil of containers such as bottles and jars. These machines have the capability of sealing a variety of containers using the induction method with the non-contact mechanism.A heat sealing machine is a type of sealer which uses heat as a medium of sealing materials. It works by generating a high current impulse to the heater ribbon on surface of the device. This produces a wave of heat strong enough to melt and seal up the bag or sheet pressed between the sealing bars.In packaging it is used for package fabrication such as forming tubes from flexible materials, attaching plastic closures to package forms, etc. Probably the most common use of induction sealing is cap sealing, a non-contact method of heating an inner seal to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers.
