Automatic Belt Dryer

A belt dryer (belt drier) is an apparatus which is used for continuous drying and cooling of woodchip, pellets, pastes, moulded compounds and panels using air, inert gas, or flue gas.The hegatec Continuous Vacuum Belt Dryer is used for gentle drying of pasty and liquid products like malt mixes, meat extracts, herbal extracts etc. The hegatec Vacuum Belt Dryer is available from laboratory size to industrial size.Conveyor drying uses a perforated belt to transfer feed materials through the dryer. Heated air is either passed under and through, or over and through the belt and product bed before being reheated and re-circulated. Units are normally multi zoned and may have differing airflow's in successive zones.
