Continuous Lentils Dryer

The Continuous Lentils Dryer processes lentils in an even stream for large commercial plants. It handles 25 tons of lentils every hour - industrial processors maintain high output. The unit reaches 315 °C at most, which removes moisture quickly but keeps the grain quality intact. Mild steel forms the frame - the outer face is either painted or polished - the structure resists rust and lasts for years. The motor needs 415 V plus draws 50 kW, giving steady and dependable service. A fully automatic control system cuts the need for manual work but also keeps each batch dry to the same level. The exterior is coated in blue, which protects the metal and gives the machine a neat look on the factory floor.
