Our Goods Lifts are available in two models, namely drum wound type and traction type. The drum wound type comes without counterweight, while the traction type is provided with a counterweight. These lifts are developed using MS sheets, I beams, MS angles, brakes and motors. Our lifts are mainly utilized in storage facilities and factories for carrying heavy load goods. Drum Wound type without counterweight: The drum wound type's movement depends solely on the coiling and uncoiling of a wire rope that is circled on a rotating drum. Both right-hand thread groove and left-hand thread groove come with a separate rope coil. This reduces the stress on the rope and ensures the long working life of the lift. Features: Easy to install Corrosion resistance Long operation life Sturdy Well-constructed Traction type with counterweight: Three or more independent wire ropes stretched across the main traction sheave are used to operate the traction type with counterweight model. In this model, greater safety is guaranteed as a slip is allowed whenever an obstruction in the lift travel is caused. This enhanced safety is attributed to the non-positive coupling of lifts and machines. Due to this non-positive coupling between lifts and machines, motors do not have to endure extra weight at the time of traveling to the topmost floor. As compared to drum wound, our traction lifts travel at higher speed with the same power.
