Mill Power BP5H (5 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer engineered for consistent spice grinding, stable operation, and dependable daily production. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP5H is ideal for spice shops, small masala brands, food-processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that need uniform fineness with reliable output. BP5H is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, built with heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and rugged shop-floor durability. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per power availability. With 5 HP power, BP5H delivers around 50 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 3.6 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running and uniform grinding, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stable performance during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For monitoring and overload safety, BP5H comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and operate within safe limits. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spices and herbs. BP5H is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent quality and batch-to-batch uniformity.
