WEIBER batch ovens are used for a wide variety of heat processes including drying, curing, aging, annealing, stress relieving, bonding, tempering, preheating, and forming. Batch ovens are essentially heated boxes with insulated doors that process products one at a time or in groups. These are for applications where load size or production volumes vary substantially. Batch oven have been designed to accommodate a variety of load sizes and production volumes. It accommodates horizontal air flow virtually from Front-to-back without restricting air passage to provide rapid heating with high thermal transfer to the chamber contents and high uniformity within the chamber. It also helps to eliminate water or moisture accumulated during the pre-treatment washing process. Outer body are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner construction is of stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade). The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our ovens. Temperature control: The temperature up to 850�C is maintained in the oven which is controlled by nanotechnology based microprocessor controller (HMI+PLC as an option).
