Reverse Osmosis System

Reverse osmosis is the process or the technology which is used to remove ions, mineral chemicals, and other impurities from drinking water. In this process, greater pressure is applied, forcing the water to travel through the semipermeable membrane in opposite to natural osmosis.Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water treatment process that removes contaminants from water by using pressure to force water molecules through a semipermeable membrane. During this process, the contaminants are filtered out and flushed away, leaving clean, delicious drinking water.Osmosis is water moving through a semipermeable membrane from lower to higher concentrations. Reverse osmosis, also called ultrafiltration, is water moving through a semipermeable membrane from higher to lower concentrations.
