Pinch Roller

We manufacture Rubber coated and Case Hardened Pinch Rolls varied upon different applications and requirements. Rubber Coated Pinch Rolls are made in Neoprene or Hypalon Rubber with hardess 85-95 Shore A. Case Hardened Pinch Rollers are machined in EN31 material with harndness 55-60 HRC. The Rolls are hardened with Induction Hardening process with case hardening depth upto 7-8mm. The main role is to transport and traction strip. If the running direction of the strip changes, the belt would still runs smoothly according to the designed direction specifications. Applications: 1. Annealing/ Pickling Line(APL) 2.
