Type R Single Shaft Shredder

ERS-SSS Type R Shredder is advanced, heavy duty size reduction machines combining the benefits of both granulators and single shaft shredders in one unit. These machines operate at medium (and optional variable) speed with high torque.Single shaft shredders consist of a rotor with a hydraulic ram used for pushing the waste and scrap material against the rotor enabling the cutting process. The ram has pressure sensors to move backwards and forwards preventing the material jamming and overheating.Dual Shaft Shredders utilize two shafts that counter-rotate and are ideal for a variety of destruction and primary size-reduction applications.
