Engine Vibrator

All vibrators have the same working principle. An electric motor with an unbalance mounted on a rotor which generates a circular vibration with high centrifugal force. The centrifugal force depends on the unbalance and rotor rotation speed.A vibratory motor is a three-phase motor that is intentionally unbalanced, and is also known as an eccentric rotating mass (ERM) or vibrating motor. Vibratory motors are used to vibrate sieves, troughs and tables, but also to separate products in a bunker or landfill pipe.Vibration analysis is the most prevalent method used for monitoring, detecting and analyzing the structure's condition in real time or at specified time intervals, due to fast data collection and interpretation.
